The defending NCAA Champions Florida Gators tops the USA today preseason football coaches poll.
Getting 53 of the 59 votes. Texas was second followed by Oaklahoma, USC, Alabama, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Penn State, LSU, and Mississippi.
The Associated Press will release their poll on Saturday August 22nd. However, don't expect much changes.
Texas only received only 4 first place votes with Oaklahoma and Alabama each receiving one.
