Get Busy Get Active - It's Springtime


With Spring in the air, warmer weather upon us, no more college hoops. I guess it's time to get out and get active. Or I should say put away the pajama pants and dig out the jogging or activewear. Yes I said that, guys put away your womens pajamas and work some of that Easter ham off. You know the more than an inch pinch you've acquired over the winter.

I love this time of the year. I can even get the significant other to get out of her lounge pants and get active with me. How about you?

What are you planning on doing this Spring for getting active? I encourage you to get out and walk at least a couple miles a day and even jog if your up to it. I find this so much of a stress reliever and a great way to forget about the winter blues. Exercise is so important and for some who live in the cold weather countries and states what better time to get sporty and fit!

As for you gals, get out of your women sleepwear and go along too. What better way to spend some quality time together as well. So Get Busy Get Active. Afterall it is Springtime!
