OK unless you live at the bottom of the ocean or some remote place in the Peruvian Jungle then you know that the Yankees won the World Series last night. Having said that I'll move on to more important things happening in the wide world of sports. That is after I clean up the yard. Yeah it has all my Royals and Cardinal gear strung all around. It was only a little rant and frustration coming out that's all. Nothing big! Sure had my dog looking at me crazy though. "Come here Jeter give me that flag back. You did what to it?" I think he's trying to tell me that he hiked up his leg on my..oh never mind. In other more important things taking place. The Kansas Jayhawks are worth talking about. Ranked #1 in the Pre-Season Basketball Polls and well deserving. Have you seen their new kid Elijah Johnson, a 6'2" guard out of Las Vegas? This kid should be one to watch. He can soar like Michael Jordan and is quick! Keep and eye out for his highlights on Sportscenter. Providing he didn't gouge someones eye, punch them in the face or get in an off campus brawl I guess your favorite player will be on the field. What's up with all the nonsense this year in college football. I know I did a post on how exciting the games were at the beginning of the season, but now I'm just wanting it over! Let's get this BSC thing over with. Enough already. In my opinion college football will never be more than what it is because of the way they navigate bowl games. We all know Florida is at the top and will probably remain there until the final game and it's outcome. I look for Texas to beat them in the Championship game. But who knows a lot can happen between now and January. (I know I mistakenly, and it was a mistake, said BSC instead of BCS. Something along the lines of BS must of been on my mind.) Hope your team wins whatever sport their playing.
