Lightening....Usain Bolt

While some were making fun of the color of his sneakers; melon looking, yam colored, setting sun, who cares what color those shoes were, they were smoking hot like fire when it was all over. Usain Bolt sets new world record with a 9.58 in the 100 meters at the world championships in Berlin. After having been criticised for showmanship in previous races by shutting down early, today he was the show. Scooting across the finish line with dominance. His closest competitor was American Tyson Gay whom reports say was left looking like he was jogging. In other words not a threat to Bolt's record. But you should know that Gay ran over the line at a staggering 9.71 which would have won on any other day except that lightening struck him. As in Bolt, Usain that is. In a sport that has been tainted lately, but which sport hasn't with dope scandals, it was a welcome relief to the track and field community. Nice Job Usain, nice job.
