Old man of the game but he still has game. I have really enjoyed watching Brett Farve perform this year and hope nothing but the best for him when he finally does retire. I think it's probably safe to say that after this season, regardless of an NFC Championship or Super Bowl win or loss he will retire.
He's had an exceptional season with the Vikings and after all didn't he accomplish what he set out to do anyway. Just beat the hell out of his former team the Packers. Not once but twice and in fashion. Farve at 40 years old has done more in one season than some younger quarterbacks could only hope to do in a career.
My hats off to you Brett. And I hope you win the NFC Championship game and then the Super Bowl. You deserve it. If for not any other reason than because your so passionate about the game and play it with a spark that lights up any stadium you step back and throw in. Thanks for the ride so far this season.
