Awesome game! Favre played great. Did a nice job executing and placing the ball where it needed to go at critical times. He now becomes the only player in the history of the NFL to beat every team. And with all the hoopla of him turning 40 on October the 10th, you'd think he is going to be 30 with the way he still plays the game.
They didn't run the ball to well but give credit to the Packers D. for that. They really honed in on Peterson and kept him in check most of the game. And speaking of defense, the Vikings defense was really the game changer. That Jared Allen is a beast! I think he had 4 1/2 sacks and a forced fumble. But was relentless in pressuring Aaron Rodgers all night long.
Overall it seemed like a playoff game with all the hype and such, but it turned out to be a great game for the Vikings.
