Major League Baseball Playoffs ALCS & NLCS

The Long awaited return of MLB Playoffs are here and the series may not turn out to be nothing more than a hopeful surprise. Depending on who your team is or who your rooting for it may go down as expected. Do I care? No I really don't. I use to like baseball when it was a little less lopsided and the low rung or low funded teams had a chance, but nowadays it's just a distraction really in my attempts to keep up with my Fantasy Football teams. You say why is that and I will just say that it does catch my eye and I tend to watch an inning or two here and there but mainly I know I should be focusing on my next weeks lineup for my fantasy league. I mean geez don't they got nothing better to do than to bother me and my lineup? Come on you Damn Yankee get it over with will ya already! And You Philly's are nuisance, what are you doing in there again already? The Dodgers and the Angels sound more like baseball teams anyway. Isn't the batter always dodging pitches while the angels are spirits in the the crowd in the likes of Babe Ruth, Cy Young, and Mickey ....who, oh yea Mantle, sorry Mick! But aren't they the real reason people watch today? The Players of Past made the game and not what it is today. Now to say did they use some type of enhancing drug to fuel their marks, I don't know but we do know that plenty of them do and did in the recent past. Now that makes me really want to tune in and pleasure my son with the hopes of becoming the next Alex, Bonds or Clements? I think not but in the meantime I'll let him make that decision and I'll keep watching the NFL and NCAA football for the next few months while the rest that think the Yankees and Angels are making a difference this year. Seems we have all but forgot about the HGH, the Steroids and such. Oh yea that's only season opening talk. Go Vikings, Go Chiefs, Go Raiders and Haters your the reason I watch on Sunday afternoons.
