Who Let The Dogs Out..

It's official. Micheal Vick is returning to the National Football League. After landing in Philly Tuesday and spending time with the owners, coaches and some players, he signed a deal allowing him to play this year. He will be able to immediately practice with the players. However he will not be allowed to participate in any preseason games until the final two weeks. After that it is still up in the air, as NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has yet to fully reinstate him. The talk is that he may be able to play sometime after the sixth or seventh week. The Eagles are saying they will hold a news conference on Friday announcing his signing with the team.
